These terms govern your use of HMS Travel Watch, a travel-safety intelligence service operated by Minuteman Security & Life Safety (“Minuteman”). By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

HMS Travel Watch aggregates publicly available information to produce travel-risk reports for your itinerary and, after review by an operator, delivers alerts by email and (with your consent) text message.

Not an emergency service

HMS Travel Watch is an informational tool and is not a substitute for emergency services, official government advisories, or professional security advice. In an emergency, contact local authorities (e.g. 911). Alerts may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable, and you should not rely on them as your sole source of safety information.

Accuracy

Reports are generated from third-party open-source data that we do not control and cannot guarantee. We provide the service “as is,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Acceptable use

Provide accurate contact and itinerary information, only enroll phone numbers you are authorized to enroll, and do not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minuteman is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service or any alert.
