SMS Alert Terms & Opt-In

HMS Travel Watch is a travel-safety alert service operated by Minuteman Security & Life Safety. These terms describe our text-message (SMS) program and how consent works.

How you opt in

You opt in to receive alert texts by entering your mobile phone number on the HMS Travel Watch sign-in form and checking the SMS consent box, which reads: “I agree to receive travel-safety alert text messages from HMS Travel Watch (Minuteman Security & Life Safety) at the number provided.” Providing a phone number without checking that box does not enroll you, and no texts are sent. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

What we send

Travel intelligence alerts relevant to your itinerary — for example severe weather, transit disruptions, civil unrest, or safety incidents near your destination — sent only after a human operator reviews and approves each report.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies based on travel activity and conditions. Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. Minuteman does not charge for the texts themselves.

Opt out & help

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at alerts@minutemanhmstravelintel.online.

Carriers

Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number is used only to deliver these alerts and is never sold or shared for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
