This policy explains what HMS Travel Watch (“we,” operated by Minuteman Security & Life Safety) collects and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact details you provide: email address, and (optionally) mobile phone number and carrier.
• Itinerary details you provide: trip dates, locations, stops, and any company you are visiting.
• Generated intelligence: risk reports produced for your trips from public open-source data.

How we use it

• To generate travel-risk reports for your itinerary.
• To deliver alert notifications by email and, with your consent, by text message.
• To let authorized Minuteman supervisors review and approve alerts before they are sent.

Text messaging

If you opt in to SMS alerts, your mobile number is used solely to deliver those alerts via our messaging provider (Twilio). We do not sell or share your mobile number, and mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties for marketing. See our SMS Terms.

Service providers

We use reputable processors to operate the service — including Resend (email delivery), Twilio (SMS delivery), Supabase (database hosting), and Anthropic (AI classification of already-collected public data). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Data sources

Risk reports are built from publicly available open-source feeds (e.g. weather services, government advisories, public news, and open government crime data). We do not access private or restricted data about you.

Retention & your choices

We keep your data while your account is active. You may request access to or deletion of your data, or opt out of texts (reply STOP), at any time by contacting alerts@minutemanhmstravelintel.online.
